Here’s some information about the Maxx Talent Awards 2025.
May 16th-18th 2025
Hilton Downtown Salt Lake City, UT
Don’t miss your chance to shine! Join us for a three-day event where you can perform in front of industry agents, managers, casting directors, and Record Labels. This is your opportunity to showcase your talent and take the next step in your career. Secure your spot and get ready to make your dreams come true!
Cost is $675
But AIAC Actors get a $100 discount.
For the regular price you’ll get to audition for the commercial category and either the dramatic or comic. If you want to audition for other categories-dramatic, comic, singing, modeling, etc. It costs $100 dollars extra for each additional category. The comic monologues are for acting, not for stand up or comedians.
Industry Professionals That Will Be Attending:
I recommend you look these agents/managers/casting directors up. That way you can recognize them know them by name at the showcase. Also you’ll get a feel for how they work/who they represent, etc.

Itinerary
Day 1
Seminars and Grand Introduction
May 16th – Join us for an exciting afternoon filled with seminars led by industry professionals and classes designed to prepare everyone for success. The evening will end with the Grand Introduction, where each talent will take the runway and showcase their unique personality to the judges. This is an incredible opportunity to shine in front of agents who will be attending the event. Don’t miss your chance to make a lasting impression!
Day 2
Performances (All Day – Callback in the afternoon)
May 17th – Participants will light up the stage, whether they’re walking the runway, performing monologues, or singing their hearts out. After the performances, we’ll hold callbacks, where industry professionals will be on the lookout for the next big sensation. Leave a lasting impression, and you could receive a callback to meet in person and launch your journey to success!
Day 3
Awards Banquet (Evening)
May 18th – We will end our weekend with the final awards luncheon, a celebration of achievements and talent. We will present awards to honor outstanding contributions while enjoying captivating performances throughout the event. Don’t miss this memorable occasion as we come together to celebrate excellence one last time!
