The Liechty Acting Technique
Actors, can you imagine always feeling confident when you go into an audition, always being certain that you will do your best work (even on a cold read), or always nailing each take on set?
Sign up for an online acting class today, and learn the fail-safe process that will ensure your best work every time. It’s time to start your acting career.
At Actors In Action Conservatory we teach you what acting is, and how to do it. We provide a proven, repeatable process that empowers you to deliver your best performance effortlessly, every time. No other acting teacher I know offers this level of clarity and depth. Our classes are industry-standard, and our students book roles on platforms like Netflix, NBC, and SAG feature films.
My secret is I’ve trained in the techniques of the greats, but I found holes in those methods. With that knowledge, I created a cohesive system that addresses every crucial aspect of acting, ensuring you’re fully equipped to compete at the highest professional levels. I studied at one of the top conservatories in the country, but honestly, I wish I’d had access to this training instead.
Our classes follow a conservatory-style curriculum, with specific practices designed to help you embody great acting. We focus on everything from movement and voice to emotional depth, audition preparation, and scene study. While many teachers only talk about acting, the Liechty Acting Technique, taught exclusively at AIAC, is built to help you inhabit the work from day one. If you train with AIAC, we guarantee you’ll learn to act—and act brilliantly.
—Julie-Anne Liechty, Creator Liechty Acting Technique, AIAC
I founded Actors in Action Conservatory/The Liechty Acting Technique in 2015 to give actors the tools they need to do their best work 24/7, no matter the circumstances. My proven method draws from my own experience – including 30+ years of work in Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles – as well as my study of the great acting teachers, including Meisner, Stanislavski, Uta Hagen, and David Mamet.
I provide my students with a fail-safe acting process that empowers them to do their best work every time, from auditions to callbacks to bookings.

This class instills discipline in the actor. It teaches the actor how to prepare for an audition with purpose; no more guess work, no more blindly feeling your way through the audition.
